| C/E Dillip Kumar Nayak, a product of the prestigious Directorate of Marine Engineering Training (DMET 1973-77 Batch), is a result-oriented professional with vast experience in marine field, over a period of 47 years.
During this period, he has been associated with various types of vessels and machinery, renowned Ship Owners like MOL, MSC, and Tanker Pacific; Ship Managers like Univan Ship Management, considered to be the pioneer of Shipmanagement concept, Thome Ship Management; and some Maritime Training Institutes in India.
He is proficient in diagnosing complex technical issues and developing innovative solutions to enhance vessel performance and safety by formulating and implementing strategic plans to optimize fleet operations and ensure long-term success. He is a dedicated, honest, passionate team player with positive attitude and a proven ability to lead, inspire and manage any team. |
Capt Chinmoy Rath
Head of Operations
| Sponsored by reputed, Univan Ship Management, Hongkong, Capt Chinmoy Rath, completed his Pre- Sea training from N.I.P.M(present IMU, Chennai) in the year 1999.
During his 23 years of experience in maritime industry, he has served as Junior officer with Univan Ship Management (1999-2008) on Container ships, General Cargo ships and Tankers. In the capacity of Management level officer (2008-2016), he has served on Oil/Chem tankers with reputed Indian Companies, Shipping Corporation of India and Great Eastern Shipping Company Private Limited and briefly in the year 2000 with Seven Island Shipping company.
From 2016 till 2023 he has been ashore as Faculty, Head of Nautical Science, Associate Professor, in two maritime Institutes. He also undertook various assignments i.e Port Captaincy, various Inspection and Audits as a freelancer on behalf of some reputed agencies. Capt. Rath, a certified Lead Auditor, with a clear logical mind, who likes seeing things through to completion, has been exposed to a wide range of responsibilities like man management, port operations, project planning, Simulator training, risk management and implementing Company/Institute Policies. |
C/E Soubhagya Mishra

| C/E Soubhagya Mishra, an alumni and gold medallist in B.tech, Mechanical Engineering of Centurion University, in the year 2002 joined sea after passing his Pre- Sea training from ARI, Delhi in 2005.
During his sea career spanning over a period of 13 years, he worked as junior engineer with Univan Ship Management from 2005 to 2007, before switching over to MSC Ship Management in 2007. After working with MSC till 2011 he moved to BSM and continued till 2015 as Management Level Engineer. Since 2015, he has been associated with various training institutes as Faculty including Liverpool John Moores University and Associate Professor in Centurion University. C/E Mishra has extensive experience in Repair and Drydock Activities with specialisation in installation of scrubbers on board ships.He does brief sailing in-between to keep himself abreast of latest trends in maritime industry. A passionate trainer who goes to extra lengths to ensure the right knowledge is imparted to his trainees. |
